Central Oregon Rock Collectors
It’s in our name… It’s what we do… We collect rocks!

Central Oregon Rock Collectors is a non-profit, 501c3 organization, dedicated to the collection of lapidary rock, fossils and mineral specimens; enhancing the collective informal study of lapidary and geology; and stimulating interest in the preservation, setting aside, and sharing of claim rights (affiliated clubs and those of private ownership).
We are a diverse, family-friendly organization. Membership is open to all persons, without regard to age, gender, race, color, sexual orientation, disability, religion or creed, who are interested in the promotion of club objectives and purposes.
The club meets on the third Wednesday of every month from March through October at the OSU Extension Service Building, 3800 SE Airport Way Bldg. 3 “The Annex”, Redmond, OR at 6:00 PM with the exception of August when CORC has its annual picnic. In November, CORC has its annual holiday party. The club does not meet from December through February. (See CORC Newsletter for meeting details)
Monthly meetings include a discussion of organized field trips, club business and door prize drawings for donated rocks and minerals. New members and guests are always welcome!
